Reading Retreat
This is a weekend event where participants read a selection of the Church Fathers on a specific topic, e.g. Prayer, Baptism, the Eucharist. Morning and Evening prayers structure the retreat as well as two times for private prayers. There are fireside discussions in the evening, as well as readings of poetry and fiction. This is a great way to learn what the Church Fathers teach on a specific piece of church doctrine. Click the link below for more information about registration for the current event.

Readings in a Day
This is a one or two day event where participants read through a key work, usually literature, in one day. This is a chance to read and hear these great works out loud and with fellow enthusiasts. Online Lectures
This is a series of live internet lectures by Wes Callihan on specific church topics, particularly the Church Fathers. Attendees can attend these live lectures right from their own homes. This is a simple way to learn more about the Church Fathers and Hill Abbey from the abbot himself. A link to the online classroom is provided at the time of registration.
